The 2B J-Feeder mounts on the outside of the cage, and its 2" J-lip reaches through the wire so your birds eat from inside. It features the original Quail Feed Saver Ports designed by 2B Creations, which cut feed waste by up to 90%. Your birds get full, unrestricted access to their food without billing it out onto the floor, and you refill from outside without opening the cage.

• J-lip feeds inside the cage: 4 Feed Saver Ports sit on a 2" lip that passes through the cage wire, so birds eat in their own space while the hopper stays outside
• Tool-free mount: two thumb-knob bolts with fender washers clamp it to your cage wire

Do I have to cut my cage?
Yes, one 8" × 2" opening for the J-lip. If you'd rather not cut, the Mess-Free Mounted Feeder hangs fully outside the cage.

Will the feeder ports work for my birds?
Yes — the ports are designed for Coturnix quail of all ages, from chicks to full-grown adults, to feed freely without restriction. Raising a different breed and not sure about fit? Message me before ordering and I'll help you confirm.

Can I leave it outside?
It holds up well, but it shouldn't sit in permanent direct sunlight — UV breaks down all plastics over time. Kept under a roof or cover, it's built to last 20+ years.
