Shipping policy

Processing time
Most orders ship the next business day from Richmond, Texas. Everything is 3D printed and packed in-house, so during busy weeks please allow up to 3 business days before your order ships.

Shipping within the United States

• Standard — USPS Ground Advantage. $6.25 for packages under 5 lb, $19.90 for 5–70 lb. Typically 2–5 business days after shipping.
• Expedited — USPS Priority Mail. $6.90 for packages under 1 lb, $9.90 for 1–5 lb. Typically 1–3 business days after shipping.
• Free Standard shipping on US orders of $40 or more (before tax and shipping).

Rates and delivery estimates are shown at checkout before you pay. Delivery times are carrier estimates, not guarantees.

International shipping
We ship worldwide via USPS or DHL Express. Rates are calculated at checkout by weight and destination. Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees not collected at checkout are the responsibility of the buyer. International transit times vary by country and customs processing.

Tracking
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Damaged, lost, or incorrect orders
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, missing, or not what you ordered, email support@2bcreations.com right away and we'll make it right. If tracking shows no movement for more than 7 business days, let us know and we'll open a trace with the carrier.

Shipping address
We ship to the address entered at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately — once a package has shipped we can't redirect it, and orders returned to us for an incorrect address will be reshipped at the buyer's expense.

Digital products
Quail Keeper Max is software and nothing is shipped. Your account signup link is in your order confirmation email.
