Quail Egg Deviled Bites

Miniature deviled eggs made with quail eggs — adorable, bite-sized, and absolutely perfect for parties and appetizer spreads.

Ingredients

  • 12 quail eggs
  • 2 tbsp mayo
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • Paprika and chives for garnish

Instructions

  1. Boil quail eggs for 4 minutes, then immediately transfer to an ice bath to cool.
  2. Peel eggs carefully and cut each one in half lengthwise.
  3. Scoop the yolks into a small bowl and mash with mayo and mustard until smooth.
  4. Pipe or spoon the yolk mixture back into the egg white halves.
  5. Top each with a dusting of paprika and snipped fresh chives.
