Ingredients

  • 6 quail legs
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper
  • Wood chips (apple or hickory)

Instructions

  1. Rub the legs all over with olive oil and the seasonings.
  2. Heat your smoker to 225°F.
  3. Smoke for 1.5–2 hours, until cooked through.
  4. Let rest 10 minutes before serving.
