- 6 quail legs
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper
- Wood chips (apple or hickory)
Instructions
- Rub the legs all over with olive oil and the seasonings.
- Heat your smoker to 225°F.
- Smoke for 1.5ā2 hours, until cooked through.
- Let rest 10 minutes before serving.
