Ingredients

  • 2 cooked quail, shredded
  • 1/2 cup frozen peas and carrots
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 1 pie crust
  • Salt & pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. In a pan, heat the broth, cream, and flour, stirring until thickened.
  3. Add the peas, carrots, and shredded quail.
  4. Pour into a ramekin or pie dish.
  5. Cover with the crust and bake 25–30 minutes, until golden.
