Ingredients

  • 24 hard-boiled quail eggs
  • 1 cup white vinegar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1/2 tsp chili flakes

Instructions

  1. Peel the eggs and pack them into a jar.
  2. Boil the vinegar, water, sugar, salt, garlic, and chili flakes.
  3. Pour the hot brine over the eggs and chill for 24 hours.
