Ingredients

  • 6 Coturnix quail breasts
  • 6 slices bacon
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • Toothpicks

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Mix the brown sugar and cayenne pepper together.
  3. Wrap each quail breast with a slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
  4. Roll each wrapped breast in the brown sugar mixture.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy.
